Vincennes Wood

One of the two "green lungs" of the capital, it is located in the east of Paris, on the edge of the 12th arrondissement.

The most remarkable monument in the wood is the Vincennes castle, a marvellous example of medieval architecture, which can be visited every day.

There are countless facilities for relaxation, fun and sport.

The Parc Floral is a paradise for families with its playgrounds, including an 18-hole mini-golf course, slides and table tennis. The Parc Floral is also the setting for many free events, especially in summer: Paris Jazz Festival, Pestacles, Festival Classique au Vert... On one of the lakes, visitors can enjoy a boat trip, while horse racing fans can bet at the racecourse.
